CA-39: Young Kim Announces Endorsements from Orange County County-wide Elected Officials 

Young Kim Continues to Solidify Local Support for Congressional Bid Against Democrat Gil Cisneros

Fullerton, CA– Young Kim announced today she has received endorsements from the following Orange County county-wide elected officials, further solidifying local support in her bid for Congress:

“Public safety is the most fundamental responsibility of government and Young Kim has a proven track record of being tough on crime and fighting to keep Orange County families safe,” said Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes. “As our next Congresswoman, I know I can trust Young Kim to work with me and local law enforcement to ensure we continue to protect Orange County communities.”

Former State Assemblywoman Young Kim’s congressional campaign has gotten off to a strong start with the unprecedented early endorsements of the Republican Party of Orange County, Republican Party of Los Angeles County, and the San Bernardino Republican Party. Kim is also endorsed by the majority of the Orange County Supervisors and the majority of the California Republican congressional delegation, including House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy.

California’s 39th congressional district overlaps portions of Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino counties and includes the cities and communities of Anaheim Hills, Brea, Buena Park, Fullerton, La Habra, Placentia, Yorba Linda, Diamond Bar, Hacienda Heights, La Habra Heights, Rowland Heights, Walnut, and Chino Hills.
